- Bureau QSL. I will send cards via the bureau one time per 6 months.
- Direct QSL. QSL requirements are 2 USD or IRC send your QSL to: Victor L. Bobrov, ul. Ozernaya 20-31, 04209 Kyiv, Ukraine.
- LoTW (Logbook of The World). LoTW upload will be done at the earliest opportunity.
- EZØ/UT3UV and LoTW. I was on a working trip in Turkmenistan, Ashgabat and was active on the air from 01.01.2000 to 30.11.2005. My laptop was in the office most of the time, but sometimes I took it home to make digital QSOs. I wrote 90% of QSOs in a paper log. If you need my confirmation in the LoTW, then you need to send me the data of our QSO(s) by e-mail for verification!
